I was happy and excited when I booked the Amtrak ticket from New York to San Francisco via Chicago. But, the joruney eneded in Chicago. Took the train back to New York the next day.

On way and next day
After arriving in Chicago, the subsequent train from Chicago to San Francisco was cancelled.
We were informed that we would be able to board the train the next day for San Francisco. However, I was informed that the train was full, and that I either wait for another day or to take a train back to New York.
The entire experience and services rendered were terrible. I decided to take the train back to New York.
Back to New York City
I was very disappointed that I could not take the Zephyr to San Francisco.
