Why keep going to Korea (for now)?
Why do I visit Korea 1-2 times every year?
Usually after booking the air ticket to Seoul, the thought that this should be the last trip would occur. While leaving Seoul for Incheon Airport, the thought of what to do in the next trip would surface.
Had done day trips to nearby cities such as Suwon, Incheon, Busan and DMZ.
I will also check for concerts and performances online before arriving in Seoul.

The button on the traffic light is for the blind to use to cross the road. If you press the button, there will be an announcement to inform the pedestrians that the traffic light has turned green.
What I like to do in Seoul

Talk a walk(relatively long) from MyeongDong to the cablecar station.
Take the Namsan Oreumi - an outdoor elevator that starts at Namsan Tunnel #3 Commemorative Plaza and the Namsan Cable Car.
Cross the road, and take the paths to go up Namsan to N Seoul Tower
Walking along Cheonggyecheon Stream and have a coffee
Walk along the stream and then have a coffee at CoffeeSmith to see the world goes by. From this cafe, I can either walk towards MyeongDong(across the stream) or Insadong(the other direction).
Having a coffee at the second floor of Arario Museum is also a great way to watch the world goes by, and to have a restful time.
Checking out the new food creation by the many mobile food cart vendors, hopping into the many cosmetics stores and newly open shops, getting a haircut in Juno, eating Andong chicken or Yoogane or any eateries that display enticing food, getting a new pair of glasses in different frames, people watching and getting lost are things to do.
Wandering in Insadong/Bukchon
There are many shops selling Korean crafts, clothing, snacks and cafes/restaurants. There are also buskers performing on the streets. Just wandering around and buying snacks are enjoyable.
Cross the road from Anguk-side of Insadong is a small road leading to Bukchon. It also has many shops and cafes.
Other activities
Random walk :
Along the stone wall of Deokstgung Palace, Gangnam, Gwanghwamun to Gyeongbokgung Palace, wherever.
Random Eat:
Eating Tteokki, Gambak by the roadside or in small shops
Having beef-stone broil soup with abalone in the Restaurant in Fraser's Suites (Insadong).
What I like to do for my next trip
Some of the above and a week of Korean language lesson or explore other towns or temple stay.

MyeongDong
I am slowly getting a sense of Myeongdong layout. My starting points are usually from across YoungPlaza/Lotte or from Myeongdong subway exit (beside Uniqlo).Checking out the new food creation by the many mobile food cart vendors, hopping into the many cosmetics stores and newly open shops, getting a haircut in Juno, eating Andong chicken or Yoogane or any eateries that display enticing food, getting a new pair of glasses in different frames, people watching and getting lost are things to do.
